1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds under these conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

Used, or washed items (this includes testing the product).

Items with damaged packaging (must be in original condition).

Change of mind after using the product.

Items returned without prior approval.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Go to your TikTok Shop orders and select the item you want to return.

Click on "Request Return" or "Request Refund" and follow the instructions.

Upload clear photos/videos showing the issue and provide a brief explanation.

Wait for our response within 24 hours for further instructions.
4. Refund Process

Once the return is approved and received, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

If the product is found ineligible for a refund, we will not be able to process it.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is customer-initiated, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
