Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under these conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used, or washed items (this includes testing the product).

  • Items with damaged packaging (must be in original condition).

  • Change of mind after using the product.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Go to your TikTok Shop orders and select the item you want to return.

  • Click on "Request Return" or "Request Refund" and follow the instructions.

  • Upload clear photos/videos showing the issue and provide a brief explanation.

  • Wait for our response within 24 hours for further instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and received, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • If the product is found ineligible for a refund, we will not be able to process it.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the return is customer-initiated, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
